Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Haymakers, Inc. covering your use of FireThrust.
Last updated 10 August 2026
Plain summary. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the period you already paid for runs out. FireThrust runs agents on your machine at your instruction — you are responsible for what you point it at. Nothing here takes away a consumer right your local law gives you.
1. Who this agreement is with
These terms are between you and Haymakers, Inc. (“we”, “us”), the operator of FireThrust. By creating an account, installing the app, or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
2. What FireThrust does
FireThrust is an AI browser and control plane. It runs an agent that operates a real browser, and — when you pair them — lets your phone view and control your own desktop. It can carry out multi-step tasks on websites on your behalf, using the AI model you configure.
When you instruct it to log into a site, submit a form, or make a purchase, those actions are attributable to you and are subject to that site’s own terms. Review what you ask for before you ask for it.
3. Your account
An account is optional for local use and required for sync and subscriptions. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@firethrust.com if you believe it has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal
| Plan | Price | Billing period | Where | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FireThrust Pro | $15 USD / month, or $144 USD / year | Monthly or annual, auto-renewing | Web, desktop, iOS and Android | 7 days free, once per account |
| FireThrust Power | $29 USD / month | Monthly, auto-renewing | Web and desktop only — not sold through the app stores | None |
| FireThrust Team | Quoted per organisation | Annual, by agreement | Contact us | None |
Auto-renewal
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each new period at the price shown above, unless you cancel first. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. One trial per account.
How to cancel
- Bought through the App Store: manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
- Bought through Google Play: manage or cancel in Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Bought on the web: cancel in Settings → Billing, or email support@firethrust.com.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds and price changes
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded under that store’s policy, by that store — not by us. For web purchases, write to support@firethrust.com and we will deal with you fairly and in line with your local consumer law. If we change a price, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel rather than accept it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FireThrust to:
- break the law, or help someone else do so;
- access systems or accounts you are not authorised to access, or defeat a security control on a system that is not yours;
- infringe intellectual-property rights, or scrape or reuse content in a way the rights-holder prohibits;
- send spam, run coordinated inauthentic activity, or impersonate a person or organisation;
- generate or distribute material that sexually exploits children, incites violence, or facilitates serious harm;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- interfere with the service’s operation, or circumvent usage limits or entitlement checks.
You are also bound by the terms of any third-party site or AI provider you direct the agent to use. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
6. Your content, and ours
You keep everything you own. Your prompts, files, hosts, snippets and the output the model produces for you remain yours. We claim no ownership and we do not use your content to train models.
You grant us only the narrow licence needed to run the service you asked for — for example, transmitting your prompt to the AI provider you chose so it can answer. What that involves is set out in the Privacy Policy.
FireThrust itself — the software, brand and documentation — remains ours. Subject to these terms we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it.
7. AI output
AI models are probabilistic and sometimes wrong. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose, and it is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, and supervise irreversible actions. You are responsible for the consequences of actions you instruct the agent to take.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep FireThrust available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue something material to a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
9. Disclaimers
Except where the law does not allow it, FireThrust is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD $100.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your local consumer-protection law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law, except to the extent the claim results from our own breach.
12. Termination
You may stop using FireThrust and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.
13. If you installed from the App Store
The following applies when you obtain FireThrust through Apple’s App Store, and takes precedence over anything inconsistent above:
- This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for FireThrust or its content.
- Your licence is a non-transferable licence to use FireThrust on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. We provide it, at support@firethrust.com.
- If FireThrust fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform are our responsibility.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to FireThrust, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer- protection claims.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and defending any third-party claim that FireThrust infringes intellectual property.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and we each consent to that jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and rely on its mandatory consumer-protection law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use FireThrust after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel.
